This home offers flexible booking options, allowing you to reserve either the full 5 bedroom or 4 bedroom private estate layout.
212 Nest may be reserved in two thoughtfully designed configurations to suit your group. Choose the full 5-bedroom estate (up to 10 guests), or select the flexible and scalable 2–4 bedroom option (up to 8 guests), with bedrooms allocated based on your registered guest count (maximum two guests per bedroom).
For the flexible configuration, the primary suite on the main level and one upstairs bedroom are included, with additional bedrooms opened according to the number of guests confirmed prior to arrival. Any remaining suites will be closed and not prepared for use, ensuring the home feels appropriately scaled while remaining entirely private to your group.
To maintain fairness and housekeeping standards, use of bedrooms beyond those allocated for your reservation may result in an additional charge if reported by our cleaning team.

With 5+ bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bath, it offers an intimate, relaxing stay. Ideally located between Woodstock and Saugerties—near the Red Onion—you’ll enjoy spa-like comforts: pool, cedar sauna, hot tub, and cozy gathering spaces.
